where does the blame lay dese days....

So we got kids pimping, girls plotting against other girls to get gang raped...all for the purpose of credibility. Pain causing joy to miseducated young individuals.

Drugs available to even the babies and guns and becoming another must have accessory or toy for the idle hands and minds....

So where and how did it get this way? Where did it go so wrong and have we completely lost our damn minds?

What I see surrounding me is a lack of morality and good conciousness. Folk are going nuts and blaming each other without realising that we have the power to create our own destiny. Irrespective of what our backgrounds are what are our upbringings are we are all capable of amazing things and that is not just being the baddest gangster or the prettiest female in the club.

Life did not always be like this? Well I think to some degree I believe our priorities have always been messed up but over the years we have evolved and become transparent and exploded into a disfunctional society.

Its become standard within various groups of our society that money equals un question status and is the only resolution to our problems. Name dropping and champagne popping equals panty dropping and in turn women becoming vessels of stds and losing her dignity. Men are becoming more frivolous and less chivalrous. Patience in getting to know one another is no longer cool and its been replaced by the more I know and have the bigger person I am! On the road hustling has replaced the 9 to 5 as it just seen as much harder work. Smash and grab is no longer just a term used for shop front burglary but also an action performed people to people.

We wonder why our society and children behave the way they do, well here is a thought, each one of is a thread that makes up this great tapestry we call our sociey so we are all responsible for what's happening in our society today. We are all apart of this great bigger picture and we all need to start somewhere.

We need to stop blaming our parents, their parents, our governments and everything else rather than actually taking a good hard look at ourselves and accept that we are at fault equally.

Remember we are all beautiful unique people in our own rights and we need to stop concentrating only on the negatives and look at what good communication can achieve in the long term, what one simple kind action can achieve and like throwing a small stone into a puddle of water, the ripple effect that is inevitable.

Its necessesy now to stop only thinking of our own individual existence and factor in that we can achieve so much by starting with even small gestures towards each other.

Sometimes even the smallest of things even a smile can make a huge difference. Facing our fears and making that call goes along way. Remember time waits for no man and sometimes let your heart lead the way.

Lead by example and teach your environment be it family or friends to execute the negatives with love and grace. Teach them the power of words and strength of actions. Train your mind to think and your mouth to speak in love.

Teach your young that being the best doesn't mean following the rest and teach them love respect towards their peers siblings and show them the power of faith and humility.

I hope that my words make you think and make a little difference to your thoughts and even if it don't and you choose not to take anything positive from this just know that god is your light when in the dark and whether you choose to sit in the shade and not let his love rain over you he is there.

Our younger generation needs us today so please do something about it.
